As part of its earlier project and with help from EUPOL-COPPS and the FCO, the Foundation, in conjunction with the Bristol University Human Rights Centre, has now finalised its training manual, Building Human Rights into Practice. This is to assist Judges and Prosecutors on the application of Human Rights Law in the administration of criminal justice in Palestine. It places particular emphasis on the caselaw of the Arab Charter of Human Rights and the UN human rights instruments to which Palestine has agreed to adhere, although examples are also given from the European Court of Human Rights, the Inter-American Court of Human Rights, and other overseas human rights jurisprudence. This is available in English and Arabic. The English version can be found here and the Arabic version here
